Creating Resources for Sustainable Development Organization (CRSDO) is an Afghan nongovernmental non-political and non-profitable humanitarian organization whose core objectives are to contribute to poverty alleviation and to provide services that contribute towards long-term peace and sustainable development in Afghanistan, CRSDO is founded in 2012 and registered with Ministry of Economics with registration No. (Reg. #: 2631).  CRSDO is mainly involved in the Community Development, Emergency & Relief activities, Food & Non-food item distribution, WASH, Livelihood, Shelter, IDPs, Returnees, Human Trafficking, Education, Training & Capacity Building, GBV, Women and Children Empowerment, Small & Medium Enterprise Development and provide assistance to at risk Adolescent and youth.

Job Description:

The Monitoring & Evaluation officer will monitor the progress of the Implementation of the livelihood Program (Food Procession) Project, will visit project areas together with other project team. In order to ensure quality and progress of the work, he/she will Provide feedback and on the spot advice and providing regular reports to Project Manager,

  • Monitor the implementation of Livelihood (Food Processing) project in the site.
  • Conduct surveys, focus group discussions and in-depth interviews at the community level as well as with government partners including training facilitation, data collection supervision, and note-taking.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of the work provide feedback and on the spot advice to project team.
  • Provide feedback on the weaknesses, challenges, Project progress with Project Manager and prepare necessary feedback and recommendation for the improvement
  • Actively Participate with Project Team selection of the beneficiaries. in Prioritizing persons and groups of concern for the project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with local Project stakeholders and population of concern to resolve problems.
  • Keep regular contact with other project staff, local authority and communities
  • Collect data in accordance with clear direction, in order to support program reviews and informative decision-making
  • Receive and collect comments and feedback from partners, and beneficiaries, to support
  • identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations
  • Evaluate the impact of the project and share recommendations with Project Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor degree in social sciences, or related careers such as political science,

knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.

• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation

Language: Fluency in spoken and written English, Dari and Pashto is required.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in community mobilization and engagement.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in project management.
