Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training and paperwork completion
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management as needed
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment 
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and distribute HR related communications, such as announcements and memos
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentation
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication
  • Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes and tracking of employee progress
  • Support the HR team in identifying training and development needs.
  • Help with the organization and scheduling of training sessions and workshops
  • Perform any other activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of working experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals
  • Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in recruitment or employee relations
  • Cooperative and team-working skills
  • Being flexible regarding working hours.
  • Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
