GAAC Holding Afghanistan is a subsidiary company of GAAC Holding SPV LTD, a UAE based company of global best in class partners with specialist in airport management and extensive experience working in emerging markets. With circa 1,000 employees in Afghanistan, GAAC provides ground handling and aviation security services in different international airports, including Kabul, Heart, Kandahar and Mazar-e-Sharif.

We are expecting an increase in the operations and for this purpose, we are collecting CVs of candidates for different positions listed below.

• Cargo Loader
• Loader
• Porterage Service

1. Cargo Loader

• The jobholder is supposed to work closely and under the guidance of the Cargo agent to execute all the physical work assigned to him.
• To offload cargo from trucks on to screening machines and line up for K9 checking.
• Store cargo in the locations assigned by the Customs Authority
• Affix Cargo labels on all shipments
• Buildup cargo under the guidance of Cargo agent/ Airline Representative
• To ensure no extra shipment or pieces are loaded in Export ULD.

2. Loader

• Responsible to complete all allocated tasks given by ramp team leader/baggage agent.
• As instructed by ramp team leader, unloads and loads baggage, cargo, courier and mail for all arriving and departing flights.
• Check all holds for any damage after offloading and report to team leader immediately.
• Check and load the baggage in ULD’s as per requirement of airlines and as per instruction of baggage agent.
• Follow a safe practice while approaching the aircraft and while carrying out the offloading and loading process.
• Ensure commitment to all QHSE protocols as per organizational and official requirements.

3. Porterage Service

• Report to superior any issues or irregularities that may affect the safety, security or timeliness of operations
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
• Ensure commitment to all QHSE regulations and procedures as per management requirements.
• Help to screen the baggage at the X-Ray machines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the field.
• Applicants must be 35 years of age or younger.
• Applicants must be physically fit and strong to carry on the jobs.
• Knowledge of work area.
• Experience in ground handling, airport operations and airline industry are an advantage.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in different shifts assigned by their supervisors.
