Rupani Foundation Afghanistan (RF, A ), in partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), is pleased to announce the launch of Training opportunities through the Future Skills Vocational Training Program under the Food for Training (FFT) initiative. This program is designed to equip Afghan youth—especially women—with market-driven digital skills to enhance their livelihoods and employment prospects.
Training Programs Offered (Six-Month Duration)
1. Mobile App Development – 25 male & 75 female participants
2. Web Development – 25 male & 75 female participants
Total intake (first cycle): 200 participants (50 males & 150 females)
Eligibility & Selection
Applicants must reside in Kabul city and will be selected based on:
- WFP FFT criteria (age, residence, income, displacement/returnee status, etc.)
- Rupani Foundation’s additional criteria to prioritize the most deserving applicants
Priority will be given to:
• Women (80% participation target)
• Unemployed or out-of-school youth
• Female-headed households
• Persons with disabilities (PwDs)
• Internally displaced or returnee families
• Households with limited income and livelihood opportunities

- Training is free of charge and supported under the WFP FFT initiative.
- Selected participants must commit to full-time attendance and post-training follow-up.
