Purpose of the Position:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project cycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. This role is critical in ensuring the project meets its objectives within the scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project activities.
- Coordinate the establishment of 12 Community Kitchens and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Manage the Master Beneficiary Database and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Lead social mobilization and sensitization sessions, engaging community members effectively.
- Develop and implement a sustainability plan, including community contributions and Zakat collection.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including post-intervention surveys.
- Supervise the project team, including Social Mobilizers, Distribution Officers, and M&E Officers.
