Job Descriptions:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Control Admin and finance activities of the project, produce financial reports, prepare relevant revenue documents, Balance sheets, Tax clearance documents, Data entry, Billing, preparing inputs for internal and external audits.
  2. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  3. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
  4. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  5. Conducting reconciliation of bank statements, preparing reports as per statements
  6. Maintaining and organizing proper filing track system manually and electronically.
  7. Performing all office administration duties including quotation requests, purchase order follow-ups, stationery supplies
  8. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  9. expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  10. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  11. Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  12. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  13. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  14. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  15. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  16. Develop or contribute to development of models and analysis through sensitivity analysis, error checking, graphics, and analysis of results.
  17. Provide financial oversight for the organization and be responsible for the entire range of financial management activities, from daily operations to high-level management Contribute to the preparation, implementation and monitoring of budgets, monitoring expense to budget forecasts
  18. Prepare reports for Executive Board, Board of Directors, Shareholders
  19. Track cash and working capital to assure liquidity to meet upcoming obligations; keep track of credit limits and overdrafts
  20. Recommend changes to financial practices, policies, and procedures
  21. Monitor, interpret and present financial results of operations and programs to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and other stakeholders;
  22. Assist with payroll processing by gathering and reporting data from timekeeping system into payroll system
  23. Strictly monitor bank accounts, petty cash and other financial instruments and ensure that timely consolidation of accounts is done properly and accurately
  24. Manage ongoing data entry for internal strategic and financial planning utilizing
  25. organization s reporting tools and other software
  26. Previous Financial Record review and clearance.
  27. Preparing inputs for internal and external Audit reports
  28. Admin responsibilities and site finance team supervision. 

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Balance sheets preparations.
  2. Financial Reports (QuickBook) Monthly basis.
  3. Data entry, Billing, Record keeping.
  4. Government liasoning, Tax clearance, Custom documents clearance, Revenue reports submission
  5. Ability to produce solution for financial issues under local legislations, communicate with local government authorities for documents clearance, shall have in-depth financial knowledge of local procurement and finance laws.
  6. Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  7. Should be able to clear financial reports, Audit reports, generate monthly reports, etc
  8. Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  9. Proficient user of finance software like Quick book
  10. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  11. Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  12. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  13. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  14. BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  15. Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
  16. Strong oral and written communication skills in English & local languages.
  17. Ability to frequently travel to project site.
