• Finance Officer will keep track of different types of Accounts including Customer Accounts, Vendors Accounts, Employees documentation and any other related parties.
• Will have to keep tracking the financial bookkeeping of Noshaq Water.
• Will record Sales Delivery Notes, send invoices, record payments, and track expenses.
• Will Supervise and assist other staff for keeping accounts sound and updated.
• Ensuring each transaction is Approved, cross checked and controlled with corresponding documents.
• Regular Communication and interaction with Accounts Holders, and updating them and/ or retrieving information through multiple platforms.
• Resolving Reports, Accounts and billing disputes with the help of Finance Manager.
• Data Entry of Inventory activities and Fuel log.
• Monitoring internal auditing procedures with finance Manager and solve problems when accounting numbers are not in sync.
• Assist in preparation of Cost Sheets and Budget.
• Handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Employees Accounts.
• Supporting Finance Manager, Administrative teams and Tax Officer and implementing Noshaq Water Policies and Procedures.
• Preparing reports and submitting to line managers.
• Other tasks that will given by line manager during daily activities. 

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/ or Commerce specialized in Finance, ACCA.
• Strong skills on Accounting Software (QuickBooks).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in related field.

Other Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of Office Package and Google Apps.
• Strong Knowledge of Accounting Software especially QuickBooks.
• Familiarity of Odoo ERP Software

Language Proficiency:

• Great command on Dari
• Good Command of English required.
