We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a strong background in architectural design and proficiency in one or more of the following software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, or Revit and proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs, managing project documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, translating these into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, or Revit.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design fidelity.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following architectural software: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, or Revit; experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
