Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to senior management and other staff, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing documents.
  • Collaboration with the Human Resources Manager on contracts, payroll tables, letters, leave forms, and other tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, including employee files, compliance documents, and other important paperwork.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and maintenance.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.

Financial Duties:

  • Tax Deductions: Properly deducting taxes at source and depositing them into the government treasury within the prescribed time.
  • Tax Reporting: Preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax statements, as well as the annual income tax return for the organization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and tax-related documents.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and keeping up-to-date with new tax laws introduced by the Ministry of Finance.
  • Coordination: Working closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth tax operations.
  • Communication: Liaising with government tax officials and maintaining good relationships to facilitate tax-related discussions

 

 

Job Requirements:
