Green Afghanistan Agriculture and Livestock Organization (GAALO) is a non-government, non-political and not for profit organization, registered with ministry of economy in 2009.

Since the inception, GAALO has gone to both rural and urban communities and implemented 65 plus programs and projects and has been engaged in large-scale project executions in thematic area of Agriculture, Livestock, Environment Protection, Research, Survey, Capacity Building and Development.

The incumbent shall perform under the direct supervision of Project Manager and work in close collaboration with the project team.

His/her specific responsibilities are as below:

• The M&E Of will assist in preparing and execution of project and M&E plans
• He/she will be directly involved in data collection, controlling and evaluating the progress of the project activities
• The M&E Specialist will be responsible for establishing KOBO Survey tools
• Vulnerability scoring exercise to identify and verify beneficiaries
• Spot checks during the implementation of the project activities and cash distribution
• The M&E Specialist will help in designing survey tools for Post Distribution Monitoring Survey and data collection.
• The M&E Specialist will also be responsible for management of feedback and complaints from community.
• The M&E Specialist duty station is Samangan field office
• Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor/senior staff.

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to speak, read, and write English, Pashto and Dari.
